One: This is a locked journal. If you take anything and do not credit, I WILLLLLLL find you. I also will occaisionally check my friends page and go through people's icons. So baisically, you can't hide.
Two: I don't know what hotlinking is, but I'm guessing it's bad, so just don't do it, people.
Three: If you take my icons and manipulate them, I still want credit, so do so. Thank you. Have a nice day.
Four: Criticism is appreciated. So is money so I can get a better program then the peice of shit that doesn't allow text that is my photoshop. Though it does have some cool effects on it.
